The Philip J. Norton, Jr. Scholarship is available to junior and senior-level undergraduate students and to graduate students of any level. To be eligible for this award, you must be a resident of Dukes County, MA, and have plans for a career in public service such as criminal justice, counseling, social work, substance use disorder services, law, education, immigration services, public administration, and related fields.
