The NOVEC Scholarship Program - Employee is open to students who are the dependents of NOVEC employees. You must be a graduating high school senior, have a minimum GPA of 3.5, and demonstrate a wide range of extracurricular activities in community service, work experience and leadership skills in order to be considered for this award.
