Description

The Bishop Henry L. Barnwell Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors or undergraduate students residents of Arizona. You must be of African American or African descent, Latinx, or Native American attending an accredited community college, private vocational college, or university and have a minimum 2.0 GPA in order to be considered for this award. You must also demonstrate financial need and be a U.S. citizen or legal resident (including DACA students). Preference will be given to applicants who have participated in Martin Luther King activities throughout the Valley and state.
