Description
The Rising Star of the West Scholarship Contest is available to high school students residing in the following counties within South Dakota and Wyoming: Pennington, Custer, Fall River, Shannon, Bennett, Jackson, Haakon, Ziebach, Perkins, Harding, Butte, Lawrence, Meade, Jones, Malette, Todd, Weston, Crook, Carter, Campbell, and Sheridan. To enter, you must submit a video commentary between 30-60 seconds discussing a topic of interest. Finalists will will have the opportunity to present commentaries on KEVN Black Hills FOX News.
