Description
The Medical Career (MC²) Collaborative Program at Children's Hospital and Denver Health is available to high school sophomores. To be considered for this program, you must agree to a two-year commitment, beginning in your junior year. Selection is based on an essay, school activities, community involvement, references, financial need, representation, letter of recommendation, and GPA. Preference will be given to students in the Denver Metro area. MC² propels high school students toward careers in healthcare through hands-on experiences and professional development opportunities. Additionally, selected students will receive mentoring, will gain exposure to the field through monthly field trips, and are eligible for paid internships at Children's Hospital Colorado or Denver Health.
