Description
The Irby Luquette Endowed Scholarship is open to high school seniors and currently enrolled undergraduate students. You must have participated in a Cal Ripken Baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball or Babe Ruth Softball League anytime during the ages of 4-18, be a permanent resident from one of the states in the Babe Ruth League Southwest Region, and submit a 200-word essay in order to be considered for this award. Selection is also based on academic achievement, participating activities, and community involvement.
