Description
The Betty Harlan Memorial Art Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who are planning to pursue a degree in Visual Arts, Visual Art Education, or Visual Art History. You must be a resident of Boone, Ogle, or Winnebago County, Illinois, have a minimum GPA of 2.75 and demonstrate involvement in organizations and activities that focus on the visual arts in order to be considered for this award.
