The UCCS Presidential Scholars Award is available to incoming freshman undergraduate students at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs who are non-residents. To be considered for this renewable award, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and show extraordinary achievements in the sciences, leadership, the arts, or athletics.
