Description
The Constitution Day Essay Contest is open to students at Antelope Valley College. To be considered, you must submit a 1400 - to 1800 - word essay on the following topic: "Using the text of the United States Constitution, including the Fourteenth, Fifteenth, and Nineteenth Amendments, write an essay that explains what, if anything, the federal government can or should do to ensure the right of all citizens to vote. Make use of specific examples, including cases that have come before the United States Supreme Court, as appropriate."
