Description
The Billy Smith Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who are residents of Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, or Stephenson County. You must have played at least three years of baseball or softball in high school, including senior year, be planning to major in a sports related field in college, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in order to be considered for this award.
