Description
The Mickey Leland Energy Fellowship (MLEF) Program is open to students who are currently enrolled and at least college sophomores. You must be at least 18 years of age, be a U.S. Citizen, have a minimum GPA of 2.8 and be majoring in a STEM field in order to be considered for this award.
