Description
The Jesse Brown Memorial Youth Scholarship is available to students who are involved in Department of Veterans Affairs Voluntary Service (VAVS) programs. You must be no more than 21 years of age and have volunteered at least 100 hours at a VA medical center during the previous calendar year to qualify for this award.
