The COMTO Future of Transportation Scholarship is available to minority undergraduate and graduate students residing in California. You must be pursuing a degree in a transportation field at a college / university in Northern California and have a 2.5 GPA or higher to be eligible for this award. Undergraduate students must be begining thier sophmore, junior and senior year.
