Description
The Dr. Charles Nilon Memorial Scholarship is open to African-American full-time students at Eastern New Mexico University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have completed at least 12 credit hours, and be actively involved in African American Affairs activities and other activities on campus to be eligible for this award.
