Description
The Portfolio Project is available to high school juniors and seniors. You must be a resident of Oregon or Washington to be eligible for this award. The Portfolio Project provides an introductory boot-camp for the college and scholarship application process. The Portfolio Project advises students how to make appropriate college choices and exposes students in the Pacific Northwest to historically black colleges and universities. All students are assigned a mentor who will guide them during and even after the program.
