Description
The Harold K. Douthit Regional Scholarship is available to sophomores, juniors, and seniors at Ohio colleges and universities. To be eligible, you must be majoring in communications or journalism (preferably newspaper journalism) and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. You must also have graduated from a high school in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Huron, Erie, Wood, Geauga, Sandusky, Ottawa, or Lucas county.
