The HRGCC Annual Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors residing in the Hampton Roads area. To be considered, you must submit a 600 - to 1000 - word essay on the following topic: "How will the expected policies of President Trump and his administration impact global trade? How will Hampton Roads be affected by the new administration’s positions on global trade?"
