The Lilly Endowment, Inc: Woksape Oyate: "Wisdom of the People" Distinguished Scholar Award is available to Native American / Alaska Native freshman students who are enrolled full - time at a tribal college or university. You must be the valedictorian or salutatorian of your high school class and have a minimum 2.0 GPA to be eligible for this award.
