Description
The North Carolina Hispanic College Fund is available Hispanic students residing in North Carolina. You must have graduated from a North Carolina high school within the past two years, have a minimum GPA of 2.5, be planning to enroll in a two - or four - year college / university, and be dedicated to public service and community development to qualify for this award. Preference will be given to foreign - born students or the native born children of foreign - born parents.
