Description
The William and Lucille Ash Scholarship is open to adult re - entry students and former foster youth who are residents of San Diego County. You must be employed at least part - time, demonstrate financial need, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference may be given to students attending a school in California.
