Description
The Barta-Lehman Musical Scholarship is available to students residing in San Diego County. You must be a serious and talented musician who is planning to pursue a career in music and / or play professionally. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be attending a four - year university or music academy in the United States to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students who play stringed instruments.
