Description
The Andrew J. Shields Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Clark, Cowlitz, and Skamania County high schools. You must have been enrolled in an accredited fire cadet program in Southwest Washington to be considered for this award. A minimum 3.0 GPA is also required.
