The Robertson Scholars High School Leadership Program is available to first - year students at Duke University and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. To be considered, you must be a thoughtful and dynamic leader who exemplifies the highest levels of ethical behavior and moral character. You must also demonstrate integrity in your academic work, community service, and extracurricular activities.
