The Sepulveda/Ray Garcia Latino Town Hall Scholarship is available to students from Ventura County. You must be a graduate of Santa Paula, Fillmore, or Oxnard High School and demonstrate financial need to be considered for this award. Priority is given to the children of farm workers.
