Description
The TCA, The Information Technology and Telecommunications Association Scholarship is available to students who have completed at least six units at American River College. You must be majoring in computer science or engineering technology, be at least 18 years of age, a U.S. citizen and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to qualify for this award.
