Description
The Katherine B. Ross Education Scholarship is available to minority undergraduate and graduate students who are pursuing a degree in education.You must be a resident of New Castle County, Delaware or be attending a Delaware college or university to be eligible for this award. Special consideration is given to African - American female students. A minimum 3.0 GPA is also required.
