Description
The Mon Valley NAACP Scholarship is open to entering full-time African-American freshmen attending California University of Pennsylvania. To be eligible, you must be from one of the following school districts: Charleroi Area, Belle Vernon Area, Ringgold, Monessen, Yough, California Area or Bentworth. In addition, you must have a combined SAT score of 800 or ACT score of 17, rank in the upper 25 percent of your high school graduating class, have at least a 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
