Description
The Dr. John H. Lucy and Dorothy (Valla) Lucy Scholarship is open to students attending California University of Pennsylvania. You must have been approved for student teaching in technology education and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to any such student who has demonstrated a need for financial assistance to continue their education at the University.
