Clemens and Anna Mologne Fischer Scholarship

The Clemens and Anna Mologne Fischer Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate students attending California University of Pennsylvania. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (or, in the case of incoming freshmen, show promise of academic success), demonstrate financial need and show evidence of personal responsibility, unselfishness and self-reliance to be eligible for this award. In addition, you should demonstrate evidence of participation in community service or church organizations. An essay is required.
