Description
The Dr. Shirley Barton Endowed Scholarship is open to students attending Kent State University or any of the regional campuses that is a recipient of a KSU technical associate degree and be admitted to study for a baccalaureate degree. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate motivation, character, ability, potential and leadership on campus and community to be eligible for this award.
