Board of Governors (BOG) Talent Scholarship

The Board of Governors (BOG) Talent Scholarship is open to entering freshmen attending California University of Pennsylvania. You must be a Pennsylvania resident, demonstrated involvement in specific activities (band, chorus, theater and student government) while in high school, and have at least a 3.25 high school GPA, a combined SAT (critical reading and math ONLY) score of 1100 or higher or an ACT composite score of 24 to be eligible for this award. In addition, you must remain in the activity for which the award was approved.
