Description
The Jim Whitlow Art Education Scholarship is available to juniors, seniors, and graduate students at the University of New Mexico, College of Education. You must be born in New Mexico or have graduated from a New Mexico high school and be enrolled in the art education program. Also, you must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need to qualify for this award. Graduate students who already have New Mexico Teaching Licensure are not required to be enrolled in a Teacher Education Program, provided they already has an endorsement in Art Education.
