Description
The Joe S. and Dell Miera Memorial Scholarship is available to graduate students at the University of New Mexico, College of Education. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.8 and be making satisfactory progress toward graduation by enrolling in at least 6 hours per semester. Also, you must demonstrate financial need and be pursuing a career in secondary education to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students who are native New Mexicans, particularly those who were raised in New Mexico and who are the third or more generation of native New Mexicans.
