The Character Counts! Scholarship is available to high school seniors who plan to pursue a post high school education. You must be a resident of Gaithersburg who embodies the Six Pillars of CHARACTER COUNTS - trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
