Description
The Bill Luce Endowed Scholarship is available to Oklahoma high school seniors. You must be exhibiting in the 2011 OYE and plan to attend a higher education institution in Oklahoma to qualify for this award. Selection is based on academics, community involvement, and junior agriculture program participation. In order to receive the Bill Luce Endowed Scholarship, the students MUST have current PQA certification in PQA Plus.
