The Lance P. Sijan Chapter Scholarship is available to student who are members of or dependents of members of the Air Force Association. To be considered, you must submit a 1000 - word essay on the following topic: "Every generation expects they will make huge contributions to the world and leave it better than the generations before. Discuss three aspects how the current generation of young adults is different than the young adults from 50 years ago (high school seniors graduating in 1960). In your opinion, what were their greatest contributions and what will be the greatest contributions of the current generation?"
