Description
The Minnesota Indian Scholarship Program - Certification/Diploma Level is available to students attending an institute of higher education in order to receive a certificate or diploma. You must be a Minnesota resident and of at least one-quarter or more Native American ancestry. You must be enrolled for at least three-quarters time or more to be eligible for this award.
