Description
The Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Jefferson County Scholarship is open to students who have been residents of Jefferson County, Arkansas, for at least the last six months. You must be a single head of household (single, divorced, widowed, widower) with sole custody of a child or children under the age of 18. You must also be a high school graduate or have obtained a GED and be pursuing an undergraduate or vocational oriented course of study full- or part-time. Students pursuing a master's degree in education are eligible. Additionally, you must be a Pell Grant recipient and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
