Milton G. Russell Memorial Scholarship

The Milton G. Russell Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Monroe County Community College. You must have been a resident of Monroe County for at least five years, be enrolled for at least nine credits and demonstrate financial need to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students with a history of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
