The Finley and Jean C. McNaughton Excellence Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Idaho. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, demonstrate financial need and have U.S. citizenship to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students interested in federal or state public service (e.g. U.S. Forest Service, National Parks, U.S. Military)
