The Valley Thrift Shop Scholarship is available to entering freshmen and non-traditional students at Northwestern Connecticut Community College. Entering freshmen must be 2009 graduates from Northwestern Regional #7 High School, The Gilbert School, Winchester Alternate High School, Explorations School, Oliver Wolcott Technical School or Torrington High School to be eligible for this award. Academic achievement and financial need must be demonstrated.
