Description
The Leonard and Ruth Drake Rotary Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Reading High School. You must have at least a 3.5 GPA and plan to enter an accredited four - year college or university. You must demonstrate a record of extracurricular activities and positive leadership to be eligible for this award.
