Description
The Steven and Marjolaine Townsend Art Scholarship is available to continuing students at Quinebaug Valley Community College. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have completed at least four fine arts courses. Also, you must plant to enroll for at least two courses in the following semester or at a four-year institution to be eligible for this award. Three pieces of art must be submitted for panel review.
