Description
The Edward J. Quillin Scholarship is available to full-time students at Western Technical College. You must be enrolled in the culinary management program, have completed 12 credits, six of which must be occupation specific, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. You must be from La Crosse, Houston, Winona, Vernon, Monroe, Trempealeau or Jackson County to qualify for this award.
