The MATC Sal Sanchez Jr. Memorial Culinary Scholarship is available to students at Milwaukee Area Technical College. You must be enrolled in at least nine credits in the culinary arts program or at least six credits in the culinary apprentice program, have completed at least nine credits (six for culinary apprentice) and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to qualify for this award.
