The Bishop Ernest T. Dixon, Jr. Scholarship is available to African - American, Hispanic, and Native American students at Southwestern University. You must rank in the top ten percent of your class or have a minimum 3.7 GPA to be eligible for this award . You must also have strong ACT / SAT scores and extracurricular involvement as well as submit an essay and attend an interview.
