Description
The Fresh Start Scholarship is available to female undergraduate students who are returning to school after at least a two year break in education. You must be admitted to a two- or four- year Delaware college, have financial need, and be recommended by a social service agency or guidance counselor to be eligible for this award. Currently enrolled college students must have at least a "C" average.
