Description
The Mikkelsen Memorial Scholarship is available to Chemung County residents who graduated from a high school in the county. Selection for this award will be based on your desire, work ethic, and financial need. Preference will be given to applicants who are the children of employees, retirees, or deceased employees of Zeiser- Wilbert Vault, Inc.
