Description
The Elmer E. Ostrom Scholarship is open to residents of Kosciusko County. Preference for this award is given to students studying to be organists at a Lutheran Church, followed by students students studying to be a church organist for any other church, those studying to be an organist, and those pursuing any course of study in music. You must be studying at a recognized educational institution, or study with, or be tutored by, a music or organ teacher to qualify for this award. Two letters of recommendation are also required.
