Description
The Helen and Vernon Crawford Scholarship is available to adult students who have completed a literacy program and obtained a high school diploma or GED. You must be a resident of Georgia, wish to enroll in a post - secondary institution, and be recommended by either Literacy Action or a Georgia Certified Literate Community Program to be eligible for this award.
